We have an outstanding Contract position for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a leading Company located in the Anaheim, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $19.00
**U.S. Citizenship is required.**
The Accounts Payable Clerk, reporting to Manager Disbursements, is responsible for daily matching and coding of invoices of assigned vendors. Data entry is required by the job. Communications with vendors, purchasing staff, warehouse receiving and inspection, and others as needed. Filing of paid as well as unpaid invoices when applicable for assigned vendors.
Job Responsibilities: Match and code invoices to packing slips and purchase ordersInput coded invoices into computer systemCommunicate with vendors, buyers, Receiving and Inspection, and others as needed to get invoices paid timelyFile and pull documents as neededAnswer phones, emails, and Teams communications timelyPerform other duties as assigned by ManagementWorking with Buyers and Receiving team to ensure material is received/accepted and invoice matches PO
Basic Hiring Criteria: High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of three years in Accounts PayablesBasic computer skills Desired Qualifications:Associate's degreeExperience in manufacturing / Aerospace industry working with Supply Chain and warehouseKnowledge of Outlook and Excel requiredSOX and GAAP audit familiarity a plusAriba and Concur experience a plusExperience with large volume of processing accounts payable invoices, contacting vendors for aging reports and able to reconcile those reports   Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
