Job Summary:  The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Review supplier invoices in E1 accounting system and code accordingly Correspond with each division regarding any invoice/payment discrepancies Match supplier invoices with purchase order receipts and enter invoices daily Attach invoice copies to payment transaction in E1 accounting system Assist with other daily responsibilities of the Accounting Department Other duties as assigned, including project work as needed
