Accounts Payable Associate
McDonald's
Looking for qualified accounts payable position for long term and expanding company, offering 401k, Health care, paid vacation and accrued sick time. Starting rate 20 – 25/hr based on Experience. Work week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and some possible weekends. Must be able to travel.
The AP associate will be responsible for daily accounts payable processing and reconciling. Tracking vendors and entering vendor data.
Job duties to include but not limited to:
+ Process invoices and reconcile statements
+ Maintain Vendor W9’s, contracts, schedules and dispute invoice issues
+ Work with spread sheets, proficient in Microsoft office programs
+ Assist with identifying process inefficiencies
+ Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner
+ Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of professional composure, and integrity
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
+ Team player, self-motivated,
+ Problem-solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability, are of key importance.
+ Proficient with Microsoft office programs
Work Week:
+ M-F 8am-5pm, some holidays and weekends as needed.
+ Work day on location, Office located in Spencer Ma
Rate of pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
