Responsibilities:Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposesReview invoices for appropriate documentation prior to paymentPerform invoice and general-ledger data entryExecute credit card and bank account reconciliationGenerate purchase orders when necessaryReview and provide support on all Supplier contractsAssist senior financial officers as neededProvide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
Required skills and qualificationsSenior general secondary education or equivalentUnderstanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeepingGood time management skills and detail orientationAbility to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
Preferred Skills and QualificationsAssociate’s degree or equivalentProblem solving skillsWork well together with other TeamsWell in English (both written and spoken) B1Experience in accounts payableExperience with accounting software
