Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst in Horsham, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be part of a team working in a Quickbooks environment, where your focus will be on matching, batching and coding invoices, as well as managing check runs. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing invoices in line with established coding procedures • Conducting regular check runs to maintain financial stability • Utilizing Quickbooks for various accounting tasks • Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records • Leveraging software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing tasks • Ensuring the maintenance of precise customer credit records • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as required. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or a related field. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP), including monitoring payments and expenditures. • Experience with Check Runs, ensuring the correct payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. • Familiarity with Coding Invoices, ensuring they are correctly classified and recorded. • Proficient in Data Entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Experience with Invoice Processing, including verifying and posting invoices for payments. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating financial records. • Familiarity with Oracle for managing financial data and transactions. • Experience with QuickBooks for managing and paying bills, invoicing clients, and conducting payroll functions. • Proficiency with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations.
