Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator ready to build a strong foundation for financial success in the concrete manufacturing industry? TalentWorld is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join one of their clients on a 1-year contract!
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process vendor invoices and expense reports for payment in a timely and efficient manner Ensure accurate G/L account coding and federal and provincial tax calculations on payment transactions Review and confirm appropriate authorizations on invoices in accordance with established organizational authorization levels Monitor goods received; not invoiced transactions and request necessary invoices from vendors Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments in a timely, professional and courteous manner Reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received Prepare monthly vendor account reconciliations and month-end accruals Assist with special projects as assigned and other related duties as required Accounts Payable Qualifications: Minimum 5 years accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs – Outlook, Excel, Word Experience in using a variety of accounting software systems and/or with an accounting system within an ERP Post-secondary education diploma in accounting or related field of study Secondary School Graduation Diploma (OSSD) Employment Details:
Pay: $28
Schedule: Monday - Friday8 am - 4:30 pm
1-year contract
Location: In-Office position, Puslinch, Ont
