Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary Accounts Payable opportunity.Potential to extend.Monday to Friday onsite position. Responsibilities:Full cycle Accounts Payable Processing high volume invoices Data entry of invoices, match invoices to POs and receiving receiptsSet up new vendors and maintain accurate records Maintain alphabetical files of supplier invoices and accurate filing systemProcess weekly expense reports Following up with vendors as required Other accounting duties as assignedQualifications:1 plus years of Accounts Payable experience Post secondary education in Accounting is an asset Previous filing, and data entry experience in an accounting department will also be considered  Experience processing high volume invoices is an asset Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Available for immediate temporary opportunity
