Join Our Dynamic Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in high-volume invoice processing? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people. If you’re proficient in Oracle Fusion and Excel, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll do
Process 600–650 invoices monthly using Oracle Fusion, including services, utilities, consulting, and product-related invoicesPerform three-way matching for U.S. vendors (and occasionally Canadian vendors)Communicate directly with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships—don’t mind picking up the phoneRetrieve and process utility bills to ensure timely payments and accurate recordsUse Excel to manage and analyze financial data—formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and trackers are your tools of the tradeCollaborate with a supportive team of three other AP Clerks in a hybrid work environmentWhat you bring
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/CloudStrong Excel skills: formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tablesSolid understanding of three-way matching and invoice processingFamiliarity with Adobe Acrobat for splitting and managing documentsExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingWhy you’ll love working here

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
