Scope of Job, Duties & Key Responsibilities

To assist in the monthly preparing of the profit and loss accountsTo assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliationsTo assist with creation of monthly management dashboardTo assist with monthly forecastingTo assist with yearly budgeting process.Ownership of Eden construction industry scheme tax obligations (in the UK and ROI)To review current finance processes and look to implement improvementPreparation of packaging data for Eden and The Marmon Group LtdTo support the team with yearly audits (both internal and external).Monthly account reconciliation of key vendor accountsPrepare manual bank payments as requestedOwn the Eden overseas payment processTo assist with ensuring Eden follows all corporate policies and remain up to date with any changes to such policiesTo assist team with preparation of customer margin reports.To offer support to the accounts team as a whole (ie Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger)Ad-hoc duties as dictated by business needs

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Part Qualified or Qualified CIMA/ACCA
 

Experience

5 Years minimum in a similar role
