Kforce's client, a fast-growing service company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to add to their corporate finance team in Kentwood, MI. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and be primarily responsible for AP and other accounting duties to support their locations and corporate office. Responsibilities include: * Accounting Specialist will manage the company's outstanding bills and invoices * Processing and recording invoices * Reviewing and verifying payment request * Reconciling accounts and ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time * As an Accounting Specialist, you will communicate with vendors and suppliers * Resolve any payment issues or discrepancies * Assist month-end close and year-end close
