A Day in the Life:

The Properties & Concessions Accounting Manager will lead the Company’s North American properties and concessions and airport audit teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

Payments and Concessions Responsibilities Oversee the processing of monthly rent, concession, CFC and payments Resolve payments issues Airport Audits Responsibilities  Oversee the preparation of annual compliance audits Research audit inquiries and analyze issues General Responsibilities Directly supervise/coach staff and assist in their professional development. Review journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and flux analyses to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reporting. Partner with Company’s finance team in management of expenses

We expect the starting salary to be around $107k; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Audit firm experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Certified Public Accountant preferred Four to six years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience with enterprise general ledger accounting systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) Prior experience with CoStar or similar lease software preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Commitment to process improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing priorities and needs of internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively interact with internal and external auditors Strong leadership experience, including excellent interpersonal skills A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
