Semi-Trailer Big Box (http://www.stsbbx.com) , a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with a Business office in Clermont, Georgia, is seeking a motivated and experienced accounting individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Manager.  Hours are 9-2 Tues-Friday.  We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with very clear goals.  This position is located in our Clermont, GA Business office.  Position Summary: This position will lead and execute all day-to-day accounting functions.  You will support the CFO and coordinate activities with our administrative team.  Major areas of responsibility: + Organize and execute day-to-day accounting functions + Account reconciliations and cash flow management + Oversight of all system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory + Daily wire transfer management + Monthly financial statement preparation + Standard business taxes such as payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, annual renewals + Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues  + Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow + Provide training to new and existing staff as needed + Provide special project assistance and miscellaneous duties as assigned by CFO + Support branch team Skills and Qualifications: + Proven, knowledgeable passion for accounting + Accounting degree preferred + Detail-oriented and results driven + Experience with QuickBooks required + Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required + 5+-years of experience in Accounting - Business Administration - Operations + Excellent verbal & written skills required + Self-starter who embraces learning & problem solving + Small-medium business experience in accounting + Dealership or transportation industry, inventory management is a plus Part-Time Benefits: + $23-$25 per hour (paid weekly) + 4 Day work week - Tuesday - Friday +  Hours 9-2 - 20 hours per week  + 8 paid holidays per year + Earned paid time off program  If you have an interest in this opportunity where you really make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
