Accounting Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead periodic closing and report actual numbers in the corporate consolidation system. Coordinate and prepare Yearly Financial Statutory Statements. Handle VAT and VAT reporting with precision. Manage taxes and prepare accurate tax returns. Tackle various ad-hoc requests, both internally and externally. Ensure full compliance with financial policies and regulations. Act as the go-to person for accounting queries related to Travel Expenses and Payroll. Coordinate centralized accounting functions as the key point of contact. Oversee Statistical Government reporting (SCB). Maintain and review Delegation of Authorities (DoA) and Transfer Pricing documentation. Ensure compliance with Internal Control (ICQ) requirements. Drive operational improvements, refine ways of working, and develop clear work instructions. Collaborate closely with Global Financial Services and Global Business Services teams. Serve as the main contact for Oracle systems and related platforms.

  For This Role, You Will Need: A relevant University degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles. Fluency in English & Swedish. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle. A good understanding of multinational corporate environments. A passion for improvements in execution and driving efficiencies. A strong understanding of both Swedish statutory accounting and international standards (US GAAP, SOX). A meticulous focus on ensuring accounting accuracy and completeness across the board. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both local and global teams.
