Responsibilities

Data Entry involving a high volume of transactions Process weekly credit card payments Reviewing and inputting payments into our software system Download credit card activity on a Macro spreadsheet for individual store charges Perform individual credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks for Marketing personnel Coding for credit cards for Marketing personnel Bank reconciliation for multiple store locations Facilitate billing for Parts Unlimited Review and verify all invoices for accuracy Providing Additional Administrative support as needed
