Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Engagement Management: Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Staff Development: Mentor team members and support their professional growth. File Reviews: Perform and review audit, review, compilation, and tax files for accuracy and compliance. Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering strategic financial advice. Standards and Compliance: Maintain expertise in Canadian Auditing Standards, tax compliance, and accounting regulations. Senior Accountant Qualifications: CPA designation (required). 5+ years of public accounting experience, ideally with a small-to-medium-sized firm. Strong knowledge of Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises  Expertise in personal, corporate tax Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
