Accounting/Commissions Intern

We are seeking an Accounting Intern to assist primarily with commissions duties and support various accounting projects. This role requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What you will own:
Commissions

Serve as the point of contact for all commissions-related communication and requests from internal partners.

Work within commissions software to ensure accurate and timely outputs.

Manage the organization of commission processes and requests.

Maintain information and rosters within the commissions software.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General Ledger

Participate in projects and shadowing opportunities as time permits.

What you'll need to be successful:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field of study.

2. Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with management.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in commissions and other areas of accounting. Any additional downtime will be used to support broader accounting responsibilities, providing a well-rounded learning opportunity.

Pay Range:

$20/hr
