Description Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk looking for a new opportunity to grow and make an impact? Robert Half is working with a client seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience and the ability to adapt to various accounting systems, making them an integral part of this fast-paced and collaborative organization. Key Responsibilities: + Perform a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. + Assist with reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and month-end closing processes. + Manage and process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment. + Support accounting team members by compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial records. + Perform data entry and maintain accuracy across accounting systems. + Adapt seamlessly to different accounting software platforms, providing valuable support in a flexible environment. Requirements Qualifications: + 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related roles. + Proficiency in general accounting principles and practices. + Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple accounting systems—experience in various platforms is highly desirable. + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite products. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
