Interprets Corporate and accounting policies and ensures compliance with procedures and practices. Performs specialized work requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting theory and practices in addition to Corporate policy.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare, process and maintain A/R daily customer invoicing for the Division. Maintain and coordinate A/R GL accounts, analyze, and reconcile monthly activities. Perform necessary General Ledger recon and determine proper Journal Entries to balance end-of-month close. Audits and analyzes accounting reports/systems and recommend improvements. Work with internal and external customers to ensure A/R accounts are accurate and assist in collections process. Prepare process and maintain daily A/R cashing posting for the Division.Provide interpretation and application of accounting information and/or policy.Interface with Division and Plant personnel to leverage and share accounting tools and knowledge.AR ReportingIntercompany accountingAccount reconciliationsAssist and backup all aspects of Accounts Receivable process as needed
Qualifications
