Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Sugar Land, Texas, United States. This role will be 100% onsite and will require the individual to work extensively with SAP during its implementation into SAP Hanna. Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently process approximately 600 invoices monthly • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Handle all aspects of billing and invoice processing • Effectively use Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts • Perform data entry tasks as needed • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Assist in the successful implementation of SAP into SAP Hanna. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Demonstrable skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with SAP or similar account management software • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
