Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk located in Midland, Texas. This role is integral to our operations and will involve managing customer inventory, handling inbound/outbound truck traffic, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with QuickBooks will be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: • Manage and keep track of customer inventory. • Efficiently handle heavy inbound and outbound truck traffic. • Maintain organization and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Utilize Excel for various tasks and QuickBooks for additional support if required. • Handle billing and invoice processing tasks. • Perform account reconciliation activities. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Maintain vendor relations and manage vendor relationships. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Utilize software like Oracle and SAP for various tasks. • Analyze and control inventory, and prepare inventory reports.
