Responsible for all daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of reports being distributed and report issues upon discovery for immediate remediation
For assigned set of accounts, access internal and external reporting systems to extract billable data.
Populated pre defined client workbooks with data for each verified billable attribute.
Perform validation steps as defined in contract terms to ensure all appropriate data has been captured.
Distribute completed assigned reports to designated OTC analyst.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
2 years of experience in a fast paced high transactional volume field required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient with researching variances, and preparing reports.
Highly proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office with a requirement of advanced excel skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Work Setup and Schedule:
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig.
Must be amenable with graveyard work schedule.
