Description Manufacturing company seeks an Accounting Associate with warehouse and/or distribution experience. As the Accounting Associate, you will process vendor invoicing, oversee accounts payable activities, review accounts receivable correspondence, maintain internal records and payroll systems, assist with account reconciliation, analyze vendor statements, process payroll through ADP, and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages. This Accounting Associate must have a flair for numbers and should be familiar with all accounting procedures including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ultimately, the successful candidate will assist with providing thorough accounting support to the finance team. Primary Responsibilities · Ensure transparency and efficiency in all transactions · Assist with journal entries · Reconcile vendor statements · Maintain accounts receivable records · Coordinate vendor invoicing payment selections · Process employee timesheets · General ledger/account reconciliations · Prepare bank deposits · Participate in quarterly and annual audits Requirements The ideal Accounting Associate will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
