Description One of our respected clients is seeking a focused and enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will assist with various essential tasks including expenses, payroll, and preparing financial reports. A keen eye for detail and a strong propensity for numbers are important traits for this critical role. Responsibilities: + Assist in processing invoicing, handling expenses, and maintaining records. + Support the accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions. + Assist in monthly payroll duties. + Prepare basic financial reports and perform reconciliations of accounts. Requirements + Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. + Entry-level; previous experience in an accounting role a plus. + Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
