Summary
We are seeking an accounting or finance major student to work with our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and matching invoices, coordinating with suppliers, and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities

Enter high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ensure invoices are matched to the correct purchase order including quantity and price considerations.Coordinate with suppliers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.Prepare and/or review supplier statement reconciliations.Check emails, manage and organize records and files.Assist with other administrative-related duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Second or third year student from college or university with major in Accounting & FinanceIs in registered co-op program and available for the Spring/Summer 2025 work termProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)  Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle) is preferredHigh organization skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenA team player

 

Work Term: Spring/Summer 2025 ( 4 or 8 months term available) 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid; at least 2 days WFO.
