Description We are seeking a diligent Accounting Assistant to join our team, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process applications, and ensure the accuracy of customer records. Additionally, you will address any customer inquiries that arise. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly • Maintain precise credit records of customers • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Effectively manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Regularly perform auditing tasks and bank reconciliations • Proficiently handle AIA Documents and AIA Billing • Manage Payroll - Manual and ensure adherence to Prevailing Wage • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries.
