Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in the manufacturing industry, based in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support our accounting team by performing a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Assist with administrative duties within the accounting department • Use Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for various tasks • Support with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial management • Handle accounting functions and auditing tasks as needed • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting • Manage CaseWare for accounting purposes • Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must • Familiarity with CaseWare software is needed • Knowledge of Concur program is essential • Competency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required • Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) procedures • Skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Prior experience in Auditing is a plus • Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
