This role includes bookkeeping, creating reports, and providing administrative support to meet the needs of an injection mold company serving the automotive industry.  Responsibilities:  Create monthly journals, Job Hour Reports, and Mexico Plant Reports.  Perform bookkeeping tasks such as entering AR & AP invoices (Sage 50) and paying bills.  Handle tax filings (Annual, Monthly, Biannual, Quarterly).  Monitor and manage cost control processes.  Answer phone calls and assist with administrative tasks.  Provide support for Japanese associates with visa issues, social security, doctor visits, housing, driver’s licenses, and other personal needs.  Shop for office supplies and maintain office cleanliness.  Qualifications and Requirements:  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  Basic accounting knowledge.  Japanese/English skills are a plus (Japanese is not required).  Flexibility to handle various tasks as needed.  Benefits and Perks:  $17 – $22/hour  Dental, vision, and medical insurance available.  Paid Holidays and Vacation days after 90 days.  Your New Organization:Our partner provides an exceptional job placement opportunity in their facility.  The base pay for this position is $16.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
