Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary opportunity as an Accounting Assistant.Potential to extend and / or become temporary to hire.Convenient location with free parking.Monday to Friday onsite 830 am to 430 pm.Responsibilities:Full cycle accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Reconciliation.Daily monitoring of incoming deposits and payment processing.Assisting in data entry of payroll information.Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.General administrative responsibilities including ordering supplies, filing and handling mail and courriers.Other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced accounting or bookkeeping role.A mix of experience and post-secondary education may be considered.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multi-task.High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and research skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.Please contact Tammy Boyko and / or Carlan Wilbon for more information
