The position entails general accounting support – overseeing journal entries and reconciliations of the Finance team as well as the day-to-day work of one employee. The Accounting and Cost Manager will be a focal point for the business – ensuring that the site is supported while following internal controls. They will be the lead in Finance for process changes as well as any internal or external audit. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with detailed data, complex problem-solving abilities, creativity, and effective time and resource management skills. This position is a hybrid role in Lenexa, KS. Current expectations would be to work onsite 2-3 days per week. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
