Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our Accounting Analyst , you’ll support HID’s success by: + Developing payroll reports and analytics for Business Units and Corporate Functions. Providing data-driven explanations and recommendations to management. + Analyzing payroll trends and identifying root causes of significant fluxes. Working with cross-functional teams to solve issues as needed. + Monitoring accruals against actuals and providing recommendations to improve the accuracy of accrual calculations. + Assessing and driving process improvements to create more efficiency and standardization. + Reconciling assigned Balance Sheet accounts. + Managing the processing of payrolls, as required. + Coordinating with other finance departments for month end close. + Working closely with other members of the HID Global Finance & Accounting teams to ensure understanding, alignment and communication of the financial impacts of business activities and decisions. + Implementing and enforcing business controls to minimize risk and ensure financial reporting accuracy. + Supporting recurring and special projects, such as acquisitions integrations and other key initiatives. + Preparing ad-hoc financial presentations for business reviews and other executive meetings. + Ensuring procedures and internal controls are in compliance with the company’s Accounting and Reporting policy.
