Accounting Admin/Assistant

Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking an Accounting Admin/Assistant.
Responsibilities:
* Follow up on customers to maintain current payment terms
* Provide weekly/monthly updates on assigned customer payment statuses
* Communicate credits on account to customers to apply to payments or request refunds as needed
* Research customer claims and dispute or write off as needed
* Navigate within AX (Microsoft Dynamics System) for customer, sales order, and payment information
* Attach required documents for audit compliance to Claims/Chargebacks in AX (Microsoft Dynamics System)
* Respond to customer or internal requests in shared AR email accounts within required timelines
* Communicate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Center Associates
* Comply with company established approval guidelines
* Projects, Support, and administrative duties as assigned
