Key Responsibilities:
• Participates in analyzing financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information. • Interface with offshore provider for general accounting support activities • Work together with AR team in daily management of intercompany and 3rd party invoicing and payments/collections • Research and reconcile customer accounts • Manage and record accounts receivable intercompany transactions • Timely payment of receivables and resolution of customer issues/disputes preventing payment • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Excellence, Contracts, and other teams • Hands-on position, including journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Qualifications:
• Advanced English language skill is a must (able to maintain fluent conversations with native speakers).• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 3 years of experience in areas of Accounting and Finance • Experience utilizing SAP • Proactive • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills • Ability to Analyze / Results Orientation • Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.
