Our client in the Agricultural Industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an experienced Accountant.

Requirements:
3 - 5 years’ relevant financial experience. Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel is essential. Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans). Knowledge of General Accounting Principles (GAAP), relevant legislation, Internal Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and budgeting processes. Understanding financial accounting and treasury. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Execution of financial monthly reporting. Performing of month-end and vat reconciliations and submissions. Analysis of reports to advise on cash-flow, budgets and forecasts. Provision of financial, taxation and business development. Responsible for general administrative processes. Accounting transaction processing. Audit and audit planning. Ensure legal compliance. Inventory. Statistical reports. Debtors and creditors management. Bank Reconciliations.
