Qualifications and Skills:
BCom Degree or Accounting/Finance Diploma (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years in an accounting role. Proficiency in English. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (preferably JDE). Knowledge of accounting standards (US-GAAP, Local GAAP, J-SOX, IFRS). Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Proactive, self-starting, and results-driven.
