This role involves a range of tasks from account reconciliation to handling the front desk, with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities: • Performing basic accounting functions including account analysis and coding • Handling account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate bookkeeping • Utilizing various accounting software systems like Dynamics NAV and ERP Solutions • Managing accounts payable (AP) duties • Overseeing billing processes and light collections tasks • Operating Adobe Acrobat for document handling and management • Managing client-facing duties and administrative tasks at the front desk • Maintaining accurate records of accounting entries. Requirements • Entry level position, requiring 0+ years of experience in the field of Accounting. • Proficient in Account Coding, demonstrating the ability to accurately classify and record financial transactions. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems, to manage, process, and report financial information. • Skills in using Adobe Acrobat, for efficient document handling and communication. • Experience with Dynamics NAV, to automate and streamline business processes. • Knowledge of ERP Solutions, to integrate and manage business processes related to technology, services, and human resources. • Ability to perform Account Analysis, to evaluate financial information and make effective decisions. • Experience in handling Accounting Entries, to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions. • Proficiency in performing Accounting Functions, to ensure the smooth operation of the financial department. • Expertise in Account Reconciliation, to ensure financial statements are accurate and complete. • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP), to manage outgoing payments and maintain financial records.
