Accountant (Consolidation and Reporting), MLTM (6 Months Contract)

The Role

This position will be part of a team which handles budget and forecast and management reporting. This role will be involved in the preparation of the BU's financial monthly and quarterly forecast, mid-year review process and annual budgeting process.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for preparation and reporting of budget and forecast and management reports. Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast. Prepare monthly reporting for the Group. Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, EVA reporting and BU KPI reporting. Assist in Digital Transformation Project Any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualified or its equivalent. Minimum of 4 years accounting experiences in listed firms/REIT with at least 1 year of relevant post-qualification experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage. Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player. Ability to work with all levels of staff and cope with changes is essential Other attributes include being responsible, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
