Requirements:
Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of three years in a franchised motor dealership accounting environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Budgeting:
Assist in the overall corporate budgeting preparation, financial management and financial
monitoring processes. 2. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities. Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness. Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables,
expenses, etc. Ensure Monthly Reports are submitted in a timely manner.
3. Strategic Analysis:
Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
4. Review and Reconciliation:
Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed. Assist in account payable and receivable activities. Perform account reconciliation activities. 5. Audit:
Prepare the financial system for the external annual audit. Handle all audits and ensure that vehicles are settled in a timely manner, including daily settlement of sold units and aged units.
