This position provides support in day-to-day general accounting, including A/R, A/P, bookkeeping, reconciliation and financial reporting, etc. Will also work with our factory accounting team in China and corporate accounting team in Minnesota. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions and ensures accurate monthly books and financial statements within the required deadlines + Perform monthly close responsibilities, including applicable journal entries and ensuring accurate financial reporting + Work with corporate office on One-Stream financial reporting + Administrate CRE&ERP system NetSuite + Review and complete monthly journal entries and account reconciliations related to intercompany, cash, debt + Review and manage the cash position of Hammerhead daily + Assist with corporate accounting projects + Prepares budgets, forecast and outlooks + Monitor gross profit margins; provide gross margin variance analytics + Work with tax and financial teams, monitoring entity profitability and making recommendations of transfer price adjustments that supports an optimized profit distribution through various entities + Monitor and manage all Hammerhead product inventory level + Monitor expense budgets and forecasts along with identifying savings efficiencies and spending improvements + Analyze and monitor actual spending and monthly accruals including preparation of quarterly reserve analysis and associated supporting documentation + Assist with the preparation of intercompany monthly consolidated transactions + Update schedule for inclusion in preparation of budget and forecasts + Assist with various internal reports as necessary + Communication with our Chinese factory accounting team **Skills, Knowledge & Education** + Bachelor degree in finance or accounting + 3-year accounting related experience + Preferably have used NetSuite (our ERP system) in the past + Bi-lingual with English and Chinese is a plus \#LI-GR1 \#LI-Hybrid This position is not eligible for sponsorship To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing. _We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE._ _Apply today!_ At Polaris we put our employees first, by offering a holistic approach to their health and financial wellbeing.
