Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Chandler, Arizona, United States. This role will involve leveraging your accounting skills and proficiency in accounting software systems to effectively manage our financial records and transactions. Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications. • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate. • Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to maintain financial health. • Perform traditional monthly accounting cycle tasks. • Identify and rectify discrepancies between debits and credits. • Handle complex reconciliations and ensure financial data is clean and organized. • Play a key role in the implementation of new software, particularly NetSuite, within the agreed timeline. • Utilize your knowledge of ADP - Financial Services, Cl Programming, and Concur for efficient financial operations. • Apply ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning knowledge in managing and analyzing business information. • Perform other accounting functions as needed, including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and balance sheet account management.
