Description We are actively looking to bring an Accountant on board to our team based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As an Accountant, you will be engaged in a range of tasks that include accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and resolving financial queries. You will also monitor financial accounts and take appropriate actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Handle account reconciliations with precision • Prepare journal entries accurately • Assist in the month-end close process • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks • Work with ADP - Financial Services as per requirement • Use Concur for expense management • Conduct auditing tasks when necessary • Maintain Balance Sheet Account accurately • Take up any other accounting function as required Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential • Must possess skills in Cl Programming • Experience with Concur is expected • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary • Ability to perform all Accounting Functions is mandatory • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is important • Prior experience in Auditing is a must • Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account management is needed Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
