Qualifications

BS in Accounting or Finance highly desired3+ years of accounting experience preferredProficient in MS Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes and reconciles accountsProvides assistance on the monthly close with various departmentsParticipate actively in monthly close activities including preparing journal entries (to record unbilled revenues, deferred revenues, and prepaid)Calculates revenue for customersProvides customers with weekly and monthly invoicing and required supporting documentationReview and abstract customer contracts in order to produce accurate and timely invoicingOversee financial transactions and process invoices in a timely mannerCalculates monthly revenue accruals for multiple locationsAssist with new customer setupUploads manual AR invoicing into financial systemWork collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Planning & Analysis, and Accounting teams to drive efficiencies and define best practices in revenue processing
