Accounting:

Booking batches (Accounting transactions) regularly.Preparing Bank Reconcilation.Document all expenses, and Accounting entries systematically in accordance with Syngenta Accounting Policy.Responsible for money transfer through banks and exchaning Euros to Rila in Iran, close contracts with banks, monitoring cash flow including preparing cash flow projection.Checking invoices and collecting all required approvals.Making cheques and do the all payments.Supporting Finance Operation Specialist in Finance and accounting area.Providing support for preparation of tax returns for IMC.Providing support for annual audit of IMCSorting and filling Finance documents.   

Compliance:

Monitors if all the Syngenta Policies and BU ME Guides/Policies are followed locally, and reports any failures or misconducts in this respect.

Qualifications

Critical Knowledge and Experience:

BSc.Accounting or finance Experience in Accounting and Banking system.Experience in reporting.Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (Microsoft office user)
