About the Position:
This role will assist with annual audits, government reports, financial record-keeping, asset management, bank reconciliations, and payroll reviews for the Hospital and Foundation. Additional responsibilities include tax reporting, payment processing, and supporting Accounts Payable and Benefits Administration. The ideal candidate will ensure data confidentiality, comply with HIPAA regulations, and work collaboratively to provide excellent service and administrative support to the Finance department.
What we are looking for:
+ Associate degree in accounting required with 2 years related accounting experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required.
+ Healthcare experience is helpful.
+ Payroll experience helpful.
