Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and support financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities include:
Recording and classifying daily financial transactions per company policies. Managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Assisting in preparing financial statements and analyzing basic financial data. Reviewing and processing employee expense reports while controlling costs. Supporting tax compliance by organizing data and preparing accurate filings. Maintaining organized accounting files and records, both physical and digital. Key requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred At least 3 years of practical accounting experience in the freight-forwarding industry. Experience in payroll is plus. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Jeralyn Chong (EA Reg no: R21100780)
