Role Purpose:

The accountant provides capex management support to CCMC through capital and expense check, DCF validation, forecasting, control and compliance.

Job Description

- Daily communication/management on each capital project with business teams

- DCF assumption validation and calculation before investment and post revalidation

- Local Capital council Chair/ACM Capital council Support

- Capital portion forecast (RBM/ABP/LTF), monthly actual vs forecast analysis

- Monthly AUC / IO report review and capitalization control

- Capital vs expense check under US GAAP and PRC GAAP

- Control and compliance

Professional Experience& Educational Qualifications

- Good English on oral &written

- Good communication skills

- Be with passion to work and self- learning ability in complex org

- Familiar with digital tools (PBI/power automate) is preferred
