Description We are in search of an Accountant for a contract opportunity in Greenville. This position is full-time hours Monday - Friday and provides direct support to the CFO of the company. Responsibilities: • Undertake the responsibility of downloading reports, loading them into Excel, and maintaining spreadsheets. • Manage the task of invoicing with precision and efficiency. • Take charge of Accounts Payable (AP) processing with a focus on accuracy. • Provide support for payroll processes, leveraging previous experience if available. • Perform credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly. • Offer crucial support during month-end close processes. • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to streamline and enhance financial processes.
