Job Summary: Performs various routine accounting tasks in support of an operating undercarriage facility.

What You Will Do:

Support business unit and facility wide periodical forecasting, spending, and expense monitoring.

Work closely with senior management team to review monthly result and deep dive on specific business cases.

Work initiatively as a business project leader to perform business analysis, leading team members to consolidate and report data, driving continuous improvement. 

Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

What You Have:

Should have the knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools and the ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports.

Have experience in working with financial transactions and related documentation within the organization.

Accounting certification of CPA, CMA, ACCA is preferred. 

3 to 5 years accounting experiences of forecasting and business analysis with manufacturing facility is preferred.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Know how to seek guidance in detecting and addressing priority conflicts.

Could be able to communicate effectively with different functional departments and leadership teams, understanding business processes, provide valuable business insights.

Could make oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work in both English and mandarin. 

The ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Like using fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems, helping analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.
