They are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant with a strong background in the agriculture industry to join their team in the rural area of Letsitele. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, conducting audits, and analyzing financial data specific to the agricultural sector. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your accounting skills with your passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements for agricultural operations Conduct cost analysis and determine the financial viability of farming activities Manage farm budgets and track expenses Coordinate and oversee inventory management for agriculture-related products Assist in the preparation of tax returns specific to the agriculture industry Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Articles Completed Proven experience as an Accountant in the agriculture industry Strong knowledge of agricultural accounting principles and regulations Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Understanding of agricultural regulations and best practices
