Summary:

Hire Resolve’s client in the Actuarial Consultancy space is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for accuracy. The Accountant will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements Perform month-end and year-end close processes Conduct regular financial analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness of data Reconcile bank statements and review discrepancies Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor and report on financial performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and analysis Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
