Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, full finance function including income statements, budgets, journal entries, management reporting, balance sheet, supplier age analysis, year-end audit, recon preparations, fixed-assets schedule, annual financial statements, dealing with SARS, VAT returns, CIPC, Workmens Compensation, and Tax Clearance Certificate. 

Other functions will include HR / staff management, BBBEE Compliance, and Ships Agency registration.
